But at Browny Brown, we pack your product fresh after you place the order, in a clean and hygienic way and we focus on maintaining quality from start to finish.

We also share our manufacturing and packing process openly on Instagram, so you can see everything yourself.

What if delivery gets delayed or damaged?

We ship through a trusted courier partner like Ekart, Delhivery, Amazon, etc. If there is any delivery issue, we resend or refund — no stress.

Is it safe to order food online from a small brand?

How long it will take for delivery?

If you order before 7 PM, your order will be processed on the same day.
If you order after 7 PM, it will be processed on the next day.
Once your order is processed, we arrange the courier pickup immediately and your parcel will be packed and handed over to the courier partner within 24 hours.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days, depending on your location.

Do you have Cash On Delivery(COD) Option?

Currently, we do not offer COD.

Many COD orders get returned because customers miss the courier call or are unavailable at delivery time. When this happens, the parcel comes back to us and we have to pay return shipping charges, which causes a big loss.

To keep our pricing fair and deliveries smooth, we accept only prepaid orders.
